Millie Haynam A 27-year veteran of the salon industry, salon owner Millie Haynam brings many years of experience and many different skills that are certain to please Natural Beauty Salon’s clients. Millie has taken enumerable advanced courses during her many years of experience. Having studied from Paris to California education has been of paramount importance. Her specialties include all aspects of hair cutting/color/styling, skin care, waxing and make-up, manicures, pedicures and gel artificial nail enhancements. She continues to advance her education attending many classes and trade shows. Millie is also often asked to speak at industry events, has trained thousands of industry professionals and has been published in Nails and NailPro magazine. Natural Beauty has also been featured in Day Spa, Nails, NailPro and LesNouvelles Esthetiques. Several of her salon services have been featured in trade publications or industry books. Jim Musarra
better known as James at Natural Beauty Salon & Spa, is a native of Northeast Ohio. A graduate of Nordonia High School he received his hair styling education at the Ohio Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School. Graduated 2005 with extra hours of study as a licensed Managing Cosmetologist. Specializing in color and hair cutting James has taken several Advanced Color and Cutting classes at Industry Shows and classes. He constantly strives to give all of his guests a great and enjoyable experience at the Natural Beauty Salon & Spa.

Lisa Reader New Talent Stylist Elisa Reader was raised in northern Ohio but received her early styling education from The Artistic Academy in New Jersey under the direction of Owner and Nationally renowned hair stylist Carmon DePasquale where she graduated in 2004. While there she had the honor of learning under the direction Robert Lobetta, artistic director of Sebastion International who conducted an advanced color and hair concept workshop as well as Michael O’Rourk, owner and founder of Sexy Hair Concepts, who conducted a hair concepts workshop. Working in a spa in New Jersey as a hair stylist gave her the opportunity to hone her newly learned skills while accumulating a loyal following. Life changes brought her back to Northern Ohio where she continued her education through The Ohio Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School, graduating in 2006 as a Licensed Managing Cosmetologist. Lisa comes to Natural Beauty specializing in hair styling, concepts and color. She strives to meet individual guests need and ensure that their salon experience is exceptional.

Megan
Megan is a Graduate of the Cleveland School of Massage as well as The Brown Institute of Esthetics. Her outstanding technical skills include Swedish Massage, Chair Massage, Reike, Reflexology, Polarity, Kates Method, Facials, Waxing, Specialty treatments, Stone Massage, Lash and Brow tinting and Make-Up Application. Her dedication to her field and sunny attitude makes her an excellent addition to the Natural Beauty Team. She looks forward to making your visit a relaxing one.
